Our properties. We own 75 properties in Älvängen, Stenungsund, Kungälv, Gothenburg and Mölndal with 160,000 square metres of premises. Most of the properties are located in Kungälv and Backa.
We have over 300 companies and organisations as tenants in our premises, and no private individuals.
We build new properties in-house and are involved all the way from design to construction, taking a long-term view of our properties and tenants.
