By taking over responsibility for servicing and monitoring the oil separators in our properties, we have been able to create maintenance routines and be clear about tenants' responsibilities for their wastewater. All oil separators have undergone a 5-year inspection by Renova.

During October 2017, as a preventive maintenance, we have changed to more environmentally friendly cooling media on the cooling machine at Rollsbo road 25.The previous cooling media 70 kg R134a is now replaced with 21 kg R410A.
We actively work to avoid having unnecessary chemicals in our depot and strive to keep the number of products such as oil and glycol down.
Earlier, we invested in a new salt and sand spreader that reduces the amount spread using GPS-controlled speed sensing. In 2018, we invested in another spreader, which means we can now sand and grit more efficiently in both Backa and Rollsbo.
